Students of all fitness levels are welcome to explore this popular and ever-growing fitness method. Whether you ski, hike, bike, golf, or move around a lot in your daily life, CrossFit prepares your body to be at its prime. Different than body building, this method involves high intensity training in a safe professional CrossFit facility under the supervision of certified instructors. In a welcoming group fitness environment, students learn the fundamental functional movements with weights, interval cardio, and more. The result: increased flexibility, balance, stamina, endurance, speed, agility, accuracy, and coordination. Students should come prepared in workout clothes, athletic shoes, and with a water bottle. Class meets at CrossFit NRG, 1000 W Beardsley Place, Suite B, SLC. Tuition $149.00. Advanced registration is required. To register call 801-587-5433 or visit lifelong.utah.edu.
