Sun Valley Wellness Festival

The 15th annual Sun Valley Wellness Festival will take place this Memorial Day weekend in beautiful Sun Valley Idaho.  The festival will focus on the theme of Owning Your Energy and will feature Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor, the author of the bestseller My Stroke of Insight, Alan Cohen of Chicken Soup for the Soul, anti-aging pioneer Dr. Uzzi Reiss, and yoga master Saul David Raye, and over 20 other speakers addressing body, mind, and spiritual wellness.  Also workshops, yoga classes, music, and a Wellness Expo showcasing wellness-related products and services.   www.sunvalleywellness.org
