| Saturday, April 14, 2012, 10:00am - 01:00pm |
Encourage native pollinators, birds, and other wildlife as you save water and other resources by using native plants in your landscape. Buy them at local garden centers, or, better still, propagate and grow them at home. Learn the secrets of native species propagation (cuttings and seeds) in this hands-on workshop. You will take home a flat of cuttings for nurturing at home under fluorescent lights. Co-sponsored with Red Butte Garden. Tuition $55.00
Location : Red Butte Garden Greenhouse, 300 Wakara Way, SLC
